Who we are

These terms apply to the websites run by Tezz Technologies (Private) Limited (“Tezz”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Pakistan with offices in Islamabad, Pakistan and management operations in Melbourne, Australia, including tezztechgroup.com. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of our websites only. Our software and services, including Velocitill, TezzERP and Myser, and any custom development work, are provided under their own customer agreements, order forms or app-store terms. If those documents differ from these terms, they apply to that service.

Using the website

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or other users’ data, or to disrupt or overload them.
  • Do not send malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone’s rights through our forms or messaging channels.
  • Do not copy, scrape or resell our content at scale without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access if these rules are broken.

Information on the website

The content on our websites is general information about our company and products. We work to keep it accurate, but it may change and is not a contract, quote or guarantee. Features, availability, launch dates and supported markets can change. Any binding terms, prices and delivery dates are set out only in a written agreement or quote that we send you.

Enquiries and messages

When you contact us by form, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, you agree that we may reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, product names and software are owned by Tezz or its licensors and are protected by law. Tezz, Velocitill, TezzERP and Myser are names or marks used by us, and some are the subject of pending trademark applications. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not use our names, logos or content in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, unless mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
